Jonathon Maddox, Esq. obtained a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Oak Brook College of Law in Fresno, California and has been in the legal field since 2013.  After passing the California Bar Exam in 2021, Jonathon continued his legal education and received an L.L.M. in Estate Planning and Elder Law, while working for a full service law firm and gaining expertise in multiple areas of law.  Upon graduation, Jonathon passed the Virginia Bar Exam and moved his solo practice with him.

In addition to estate planning and elder law, Attorney Maddox has years of experience in business as a successful entrepreneur and managing businesses both nationally and internationally.  This experience and business acumen has provided a unique and vital perspective to assisting clients in practical ways with their legal and corporate needs.

When Jonathon is not assisting clients, he is very involved in his community and regularly serves at his church in Fredericksburg.  He has also been on the board of various nonprofits in Virginia for over 15 years, including Pay2Give and Cornerstone Missions, Inc.. Jonathon has a passion to help the elderly and teaches seminars weekly across Virginia on ways to save money on taxes, and be properly prepared for retirement and their family’s future.
